Though I have experience in oil, acrylic, ceramics, photography, and textiles, my passion is watercolor and drawing. I fell in love with watercolor's spontaneity and stubbornness, and since then I have developed my technique formally as well as with outside exhibitions. Drawing, being the foundation for watercolor, comes hand-in-hand in my technique development, and the combination of plein air and photography allows me to capture my inspirations. I found that techniques learned from one medium can complement the other wonderfully, and am continuing to refine my skills individually and collectively.
