The Studio

Over the summer, my partner and I made the big transition from dry cabin life and into a home with running water (!).
Obviously my favorite part is that it has A STUDIOOOO!
It is a fixer-upper, so I've spent almost the entirety of my time since June cleaning, cleaning, brush clearing, trash dumping, cleaning, oh yeah moving, etc, the list goes on.

There were some gallons of paint left here, so I mixed them all together to make Floor Beige

Left: It needs portion of the roof replaced. There's a bit of rot, so will probably need a bit more extensive repairs unfortunately. This is one of the projects I'm hoping print sales will help with (pipe dream?). This is top priority behind heat for the winter.

Right: We've been cleaning a ton of junk and trash from around the property. I've got a nice pile of rusty metal, so I used some of it to edge in a garden bed.

(This is your reminder to get your tetanus booster!)

Built myself a work table out of scrap/junk wood that was destined for the dump.
Same with the workbench at the back wall.
100% free.
Well, aside from the wheels

I've still got a long ways to go, but it's functional and comfortable.
