Eriophorum
Commonly known as cottongrass, this member of the sedge family (and one of my favorite plants) is found in boggy habitats throughout arctic, subarctic, and temperate portions of the Northern Hemisphere, and grows in abundance in Arctic tundra regions. (Also makes my sinuses stuffy but I'll endure that for its peaceful beauty)
